Another photo sent in by one of our Never Summer subscribers. This time we are moving away from the freestyle and showcasing a totally different area of snowboarding - racing. As you all know the Titan has a super fast Durasurf XT Sintered 5501 base making it a great racing board.

Before Christmas we ran a competition on here for our subscribers. We selected a subscriber at random and Dan was the lucky one. When we sent out the board we asked him to report back with photos. Here are a couple he sent.

The Anarski week is the creation of Ludo Canu, owner of Spazz tees and was held during the 17th to the 24th of January in the lovely snowy resort of Le Grand Bornand, France. It was an amazingly epic week with coaches such as top skier Charlie Smith and Never Summer’s own Callum Wilkin and of course some great sponsors, including Spazz Clothing, Snowpark GB, Cool Boards and Never Summer, who‘d donated some sick prizes and their new range of RC snowboards to demo.

Never Summer will of course be at ISPO in Munich. We will be there everyday and the event is open Sunday through to Wednesday. You can find us in Hall 1 booth 523. All our 09/10 boards will be on show and we will be on hand to talk you through it. Feel free to stop by at any point!

After some serious testing Jesse has written a review of the Never Summer Soldier. Our serious downhill race board. You have already seen him ride the board now you can see what he has to say about it.

It was still pitch black outside , but I hauled myself outta bed at 7am, threw on some clothes and checked the weather. As I was pouring my coffee I checked the time on the cooker. 7:38, I chugged the coffee and grabbed some toast and my boards, I had 8 minutes to get to the station.

Our team riders Laurie and Jesse will be looking forward to these dates. The events take place all over the world with 4 out of 8 rounds being in Europe. The 5th round is the GoFast! SpeedDays in Eastbourne which takes place on the 18-20th September.

In this video young Jesse Tighe gives the all new Never Summer downhill demon - the Soldier a test ride. Fully suited up with leathers he gets to see the board do what it is designed to do best - bomb down hills. With it being winter in the UK, there are wet roads to content with, as well as traffic. It is a great little video though filmed and edited by Jesse himself using a boom cam. Click through the read more button to watch the video.
